All information gathered is strictly confidential and is used for statistical purposes only.Microsoft Corporation ("we") offer to contract with you on the terms and conditions set out below. You may accept our offer by signing this Eligible Recipient License Agreement ("ERLA") and returning it to the Refurbisher.This ERLA is valid and grants you license rights only if it was issued in connection with the Microsoft Refurbisher Program (Australia) and if the computer on which the Operating System is installed was supplied to you by the Refurbisher.If you do not agree to the terms of this Eligible Recipient License Agreement, you must not run or use the Operating System and must return the Refurbished PCs to the Refurbisher so that the Operating System may be deleted.
