Thankyou for your interest in the purchase of a digital image CD. Our standard purchase price is $40 for a CD that includes 5 images. (add $5 for each additional image) Indiana sales tax is included in the purchase price. A shipping fee of $5 will be added to the purchase price.

First identify the image numbers found under your pictures on our website photo gallery. Simply add the image number or range of images you would like included on your CD in the fom below. We will contact you if there are any issues with your photos.

If you are purchasing the CD based on a special show price, please include price quoted and any other specific information we may have given you. Gymnastics Events are $25 for either the beam or floor or $40 for all images of your gymnast. This would include all candid shots and the March In. A $5 shipping charge will be added to your total.
