TLP Mobile Adoption Event Sign-up

NOTICE: By completing this form you are signing up for ONE (1) cage at the venue you select below. If you would like to be considered for a second cage, please check the box to be placed on the reserve list.

Cage reservation is first come, first serve. Submission of this form does not gaurantee you a reserved cage at the mobile event. You will be contacted with a confirmation of your reservation.

Mobile adoption events are from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please plan on dropping off your foster animal at 10:50 a.m. and picking up at 3:00 p.m.

Dog foster parents stay with dog at event.

This is Customer Service. You will be directing interested parties to our applications, you will help patrons with animals they would like to hold, you will answer questions to the best of your abilities and/or direct them to the website for more information, etc.

I will help set-up the event from 10:30 a.m. until 10:50 a.m.

You will be responsible to set-up tables and cages, then set-up the cages with blankets, bedding, litterboes, water bowls and toys

I will help take-down mobile and clean up from 3:00 p.m. until finished

You will be helping to remove all items from the cages, clean litter boxes, sweep up litter, empty and dry water bowls, take down cages and tables and anything else to leave the place as it was when TLP set-up
