REPORTS: If your Ministry is NOT carried out on a regular weekly schedule you may report your ministry activities in SECTION 1, the Compiled Section. For Ministries which meet on a weekly schedule, use SECTION 3, the weekly report.

This report is due on the tenth of each month following the month of the report, i.e. In June for May.
