What is XVM -- Vendor Management? It is a system used by many forwarders to help them do business more efficiently with the cartage, intermodal, and linehaul trucking companies that serve the forwarding industry.
How will it help me? It saves you time and it makes it easier for forwarders to do business with you. It takes a little work up front, but once you have your information in XVM, your forwarder clients can get the information they need themselves, without bothering you so often.
How do I get started? Simply fill out the below information. Within one business day, we'll email you with your login and password. You will then need to login and fill out detailed information about your company, which usually takes between 1 to 3 hours to complete. The Administrator is the person who will be responsible for entering your company's information into the XVM website. It is normally an owner or manager of the company.
Within one business day, the adminstrator will receive an email indicating their login and password. Once established, the administrator can request others to be set up as users in XVM by emailing support@exworksinc.com.
