IV General Questions

In regards to the student's home, please document the space allowed for academic study (i.e. desk in bedroom, etc.).  Please give a description for each place of residence.

*

Please provide the available and accessible resources for the student outside of Jubilee Christian Academy (i.e. internet, encyclopedias, CD-ROM, DVDs, and other media forms).

V - Tuition Agreement

It is understood and agreed that Jubilee must rely primarily on tuition income to meet its operating expenses.  The major portion of its expenses relate to faculty salaries.  Since salary obligations are contractual in nature and are based on income projected by the enrollment contracts, it is essential that income from tuition be assured for the entire school term.  After acceptance of this contract by Jubilee it is understood that the parents’ obligation to pay charges for the full academic year is unconditional and that no portion of such charges so outstanding will be refunded or canceled, notwithstanding the subsequent absence, withdrawal or dismissal of the student from the school except as expressly provided for herein.  The fact that the school fees may be paid in installments does not alter the enrollment for the full year or for that portion of the year remaining after the enrollment date.  However, notwithstanding the above, Jubilee will forgive the remaining tuition due for students of families whose primary residence (of the custodial parent) changes due to a change in employment after acceptance of the enrollment contract to a location outside of the following counties: Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, Gwinnett, Lumpkin, White, Banks, Jackson, and Habersham, provided that such move takes place on or before December 1 of the school year.

*
VI - Tuition

Tuition paid in full or with half payments will have the discount noted in contract before both parties sign.

VII - Period of Probation

The parents understand and agree that by signing this Enrollment Contract, they are agreeing for themselves and their student to accept and be bound by the rules and regulations of Jubilee as the same now exists or as they may hereafter be amended.  The parents further agree that the teachers, principal, and staff of Jubilee have a right to discipline that student in accordance with the student handbook.  All students will be placed on a six-week probation period during the beginning of enrollment for each school year.  Any student exhibiting behavior as defined by the handbook as disruptive and/or detrimental to Jubilee will result in dismissal from school.  There will be no refund or any sums paid to that date and parents will remain liable for tuition payments for the balance of the school year.

Any account balance remaining after withdrawal or dismissal will be referred to a third-party collection agency.  Any fees incurred by Jubilee Christian Academy for collection will be added to account balance.
