Guidelines for creating Fellowship Project Description

Note: A fellowship project is a time-limited engagement requiring 1000 hours, which spans one year in a half-time capacity (equivalent to 6 months full-time), and has specific, high-impact, capacity building outcomes. The project should have defined deliverables with quantifiable and qualifiable metrics. Fellows typically collaborate with organization staff and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful project impact and completion. At this time, Encore Fellowships are offered only in United States.

  • Donor Analysis and Forecasting
  • Process Improvement
  • Volunteer Engagement and Expansion
  • Marketing Campaign Design Plan
