4 . Tour Reservation:
NOTE: First come (deposit) first serve applies here.
Note: Tour Cost to be paid will be based on actual attendance of joiners, because this is a cost sharing. That is why I need your commitment on this.
Note: Entrance Fee may change without prior notice.
Note: If there will be oil price increase, boat rent will increase. The fuel price difference would be would just be updated on the Final Note.
Note: Boat Fuel Price used here is 205 P/gal.
6. Food
Picnic Lunch or Meal during the boat trip is usually composed of grilled seafood (catch of the day such as fish or squid), ready-to-eat vegetables (such as cucumber, tomato, grilled eggplant, and seaweeds), fruits (such as banana lacatan), water and softdrink. Dinner at Coron town is not covered. My estimate cost for this when you eat at carenderia is P50-150 per meal. Sample breakfast items (when in island overnight) are fried or plain rice, corned beef, dried fish or squid, fried egg, coffee or tea, bread, sausage. There are days when fresh seafood catch is scarce due to strong sea waves and during peak time. When this happens, alternative pork or chicken may be combined with some seafood, or it could be purely pork or chicken meat food. For specific food request (for allergics or not allowed to eat), please talk to the boat captain a day before the tour. TIP: Boat tour usually start between 8:30 to 9:00am for the main reason of buying fresh catch seafood (this usually arrive between 8-830am), which make your simple grilled meal very delicious.
8. Snorkeling Gears
The joiner or the user is responsible for the caretaking of the snorkel gadget when used. If damaged or lost, a corresponding payment will be collected. The price of the snorkel set depends on the brand. The user or joiner should personally get it and personally return it to my staff Judith.
10. Pay Actual Fee Note
You will notice a "pay actual fee" note in entrance fees, overnight fees, and Calauit tour truck fees. I decided not to include the entrance/overnight/tour truck fees in the Tour Cost/Person, in order to give you flexibility on expense and bargaining. There are some spots in Lusong Island that the collection of entrance fee is not regular - sometimes they collect, sometimes they don't. There are some spots, generally speaking, that you can bargain to lower your tour cost expense. There are some spots with entrance fee that you may not be able to visit, and you will not wait anymore to refund it. And for the Calauit tour truck fee, you could still combine with other groups there, to lower your tour truck share cost. And with that, I excluded that in the Tour Cost that I quote. The entrance fee cost will now be indicated, so you can prepare it ahead. You may pay it directly in every spots you visit. Or, you could just give the total entrance fee to the boat captain or van driver before the start of the tour, and they can do the payment for you.
11. Payment
Payment of balance is to be done on the spot before the start of the tour or one day before. This will give your guide and boatman time to buy and prepare food and supplies.
Deposit is non-refundable. In case of airline's flight cancellation, Deposit can be reused within 2 months time. The deposit sent into my account is sent immediately to the reservation of lodging/boat/van.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation means canceling a confirmed trip. A fee will be collected should there be cancellation. The Cancellation Fee goes to the reservation of the van/boat/lodging/guide/food/etc. In Joining Groups, the group that initiated or expressed cancellation will be the one to shoulder the cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee is almost always equal to the Initial Deposit made before the trip date.
14. Waiver
In exchange for this tour, the Joiner agree to waive and release Owen Floro J. Ferrer III or DIY Coron on any and all claims arising from or in any way connected to the tour resulting from any accident or injury that may occur during the tour.
