The purpose of this form is to prepare an accurate RESPA package with all federal and state required documents.  If a PreHUD is not attached we will contact title for it, which could result in delays.  Due to the new regulations it is vital that all fees be accurately disclosed to the consumer.  Citius Processing will not be responsible if the Broker or Settlement Agent provides inaccurate information.

Please review the received RESPA package for any errors prior to delivering to your clients.  We will make whatever adjustments are necessary.
