Correspondent Closed Loan- Request for VVOE and UDM

This form is to be used if Renasant Bank is Underwriting your loan, but your institution has been approved to close its loans and submit them for purchase after closing.

The Verbal Verification of Employment and verification that no new debts have been opened since the date of the credit (UDM) are PTC 2 conditions on the Underwriting Approval mandated by the Fannie Mae Loan Quality Initiative. You may provide documentation to fullfill these conditions when you submit your Closed Loan Package, or you may request Renasant Bank to obtain these items and clear the PTC 2 conditions.

In order for Renasant Bank to order these items, we ask that you notify us of the closing date at least 48 hours prior to the closing. This will allow us time to complete the Verbal Verification of Employment and Undisclosed Debt Monitoring in a timely manner.
