Please make a cheque payable to GHMS PAC with your child's name and division number clearly printed on the cheque. Please have your child return the cheque to their teacher. IMPORTANT: your order will not be processed until payment is received. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. If paying by cash, please put in a sealed envelope with the student's name and division number on the front.
You may select to order lunches at any time BUT the order & payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the selected lunch date(s).
Unfortunately there can be no refunds and if your child is absent on the day of the lunch, please make arrangements to have it picked up or it will be resold. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
