SOAR Recommendation Form

1) The SOAR Staff strongly encourage you to make your recommendation open, meaning that we can communicate to the student who made the recommendation to be contacted by SOAR. In fact, we encourage you to tell the student you are recommending them to SOAR. This lets the student know that someone cares for them and wants them to succeed. Often, when recommendations are made anonymously, the student is able to deduce who made the recommendation anyway. However, if you choose to check the box below, the SOAR Staff will not reveal or confirm your name when meeting with the student.
