If GL/Umbrella/WC coverages need to be evidenced the following statement must appear "coverages afforded for offsite operations, not covered under Wrap Up Program". The contractor must contact Wrap Up Broker to obtain Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverages included under Wrap Up Program. A copy should be sent to Sterling.

Unless Otherwise Indicated, our office will:
1) Original certificate to be mailed to certificate holder with copy to policyholder.
