YesMississauga Board of Trade (MBOT) and The Mississauga Food Bank challenge employee groups across Mississauga! All corporations, big or small, are encouraged to participate. The top company will be rewarded with a prize courtesy of MBOT and a visit with Mayor Bonnie Crombie!

I want to join the School Challenge!

YesMayor Bonnie Crombie and The Mississauga Food Bank challenge schools across Mississauga! All schools, large or small, elementary and secondary, are encouraged to participate. The top elementary and secondary schools will each be rewarded with a prize! *NEW* The Mississauga Food Bank will pick up all school donations on Thursday, October 12.

To give you an idea, a standard food collection box holds 250-300 lbs of food. Two full plastic shopping bags hold about 25 lbs of food.

How can we help?

We can arrange pick ups for collections of 500 lbs+. Please use our truck route map to determine when we will be in your area. We can arrange a pick up or delivery only on the days when our truck is in your zone.

Each box holds 250-300 lbs, so please request the appropriate number. A single box folds flat to fit in a car, so if you're able to pick it up, we appreciate your help in saving resources.
