Terra Seasonal Staff Application

On a GLA or TTN program experience, bright students connect with accomplished Directors and Mentors. This is because our staff are not chaperones they’re experts who work alongside our local partners. By design, each GLA program is co-managed by both a Local and International Director. The collaboration is key: each Local Director has intimate knowledge of the host community or host region and culture and each International Director has in-depth professional experience working with youth. All of our staff hold university degrees – many with graduate degrees – or have extensive experience working with youth within experiential education. International Director and Mentor positions are available in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the United States.
