UCL Year 12 Summer Challenge 2014

This is an application form for the UCL Summer Challenge programme.

 

To complete this form, you will need:


- Your completed Summer Challenge personal statement of 250 words

- Your first and second choice of Summer Challenge courses

- Information about your parents'/guardian's employment and education

- The name and valid school email address of a teacher who can provide an academic reference


Please have all this information ready before you begin completing this form.

Please list your core subject GCSE grades to help us assess your application. 







If you are studying A Levels, please enter the subjects and grades you are currently achieving in the boxes below. You must use one box for each subject, for example: 'Biology - mostly A grades'





If you are taking the IB, please enter the subjects grades you are currently achieving in the boxes below. You  must use one box for each subject. For example, 'Mathematics - mostly grade 6'








Your Teacher Reference
Please give the details of a teacher who can provide an academic reference to support your application. We will contact them by email to ask them to complete the reference. They will be asked to give your predicted grades. Without a completed teacher reference, we cannot process your Summer Challenge application.
