TO THE EVALUATOR: Resident Assistants live and work closely with students in a University Residence Hall. Duties include assisting in residence hall administration, enforcing policies, providing resource and referral information to students, and assisting with community involvement programs in the hall. RAs are expected to be positive academic and social role models. RAs are also expected to facilitate a residence hall community environment conducive to academic pursuit and learning and to foster an environment supportive to diversity and multicultural appreciation.
