TENTED VENDOR Space Selection:

Culinary Booth (10'x10') Tented ROW Space with 10'x10' Tent: $1,100 + 15% of daily net sales

Culinary Booth (10'x20') Tented DOUBLE Space with One 10'x10' Tent (Option to add second 10'x10' tent for an additional $200): $2,000 + 15% of daily net sales

(Optional) Add a second 10'x10' frame tent and banner package (for double booth space vendors) $200

(Optional) Add Grill Space: $500 (4'x10')

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damages to the site where my booth, items, grill(s), etc. is located. I understand that if there are damages or stains to the site including the ground, I will be assessed a fee of up to $250, which will be taken out of my proceeds for my sales at the festival.

Each booth will receive (2) 20AMP circuits per space. Food trucks will receive (1) 50AMP circuit. Please list all items you will be plugging in.

Supporting Documents:

Supporting Documents will be checked prior to the opening of Cherry Creek Arts Festival. The following documents are required (please note, not all documents apply to all vendor types):
• Temporary Retail Food License (tented vendors only)

• Mobile Restaurant License (food trucks only)

• Fire Permit (tented vendors only – food trucks’ fire permit is included in your Mobile Restaurant License)

• COI – please see liability insurance language:

All vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming CherryArts (2 Steele Street, Suite B100, Denver, CO 80206) as Certificate Holder and as additional insured showing liability coverage for $1,000,000.00 incidental and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate. This insurance policy must list the following information in the “Additional Insured” box: CherryArts, the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and their officers, members, volunteers, staff, contractors and agents, the City and County of Denver, its Elected and Appointed Officials, Employees and Volunteers, the State of Colorado, Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District, and the owners of any related property, as additional insured's.

Vendor Agreement
I have read and agree to the Vendor Requirements above. I also agree to pay the non-refundable $50 application fee with this online application and understand that my application will not be accepted without the application fee. Additionally, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations related to COVID policies set forth by the CherryArts and CCAF, the City of Denver, and State of Colorado. CherryArts will continue to work closely with the City of Denver and the State of Colorado to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and the public health and safety requirements. Vendor must sign a contract prior to arrival at the event that ensures they will comply with all safety measures set forth by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to ensure the health and wellbeing of the artists, patrons, volunteers, vendors, general public, etc. Any violations of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the vendor from the festival site, we will forego booth refund and the vendor will not be permitted to apply for the 2025 Cherry Creek Arts Festival. The vendor is also responsible for reimbursing CherryArts for any fines incurred from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
