Art-Reach cannot guarantee that our ticketholders will use the access services that are available, although we will prioritize the marketing of these services to groups who would benefit from them. Please email us if you are interested in more targeted audience building!



By completing and signing this Ticket Pledge Form, the Arts Partner agrees to:

  • Partner with Art-Reach in creating opportunities for people with disabilities and low income to access the arts  
  • Hold pledged tickets exclusively for the use of Art-Reach groups up until the deadline specified above
  • Immediately notify Art-Reach of any unforeseen changes to the performance schedule or venue
  • Support Art-Reach’s policy of charging their groups a $1 per ticket service fee to offset administrative costs

By approving this Ticket Pledge Form, Art-Reach agrees to:   

  • Collaborate with Arts Partner to best meet the needs of people with disabilities and low income
  • Advertise performances to Art-Reach constituents through Art-Reach website and monthly newsletters
  • Notify Arts Partner of all ticket details by emailing the Box Office by the deadline specified above
  • Immediately notify the Arts Partner of any unforeseen attendance changes or cancellations
  • Remit payment to the Arts Partner as invoiced in accordance with the agreed upon ticket price, in the month following each performance
