INSTRUCTIONS & FORM CRITERIA

You may find it beneficial to review our Question Writing Presentation, although it is not necessary.

In order to use this form, you must be actively certified in the certification for which your examination question is submitted.

You may only submit one question per form and are required to provide each item marked with an asterisk. Failure to provide the appropriate, required information will result in an automatic rejection of your submission.  Please note: you may only use AACE publications or the AACE recommended resources listed on our website as your reference.  No other resources will be accepted.

The Certification Examination Advisory Group (CEAG) is responsible for vetting all certification examination questions submitted by active certificants.  The group is comprised of Subject Matter Experts from the Technical, Education & Certification Associate Boards of AACE International.

Depending upon the examination and question type, the vetting process can be time consuming. There is no opportunity to fast-track your submission; each submission will be processed in the order it is received. Submitting an examination question does not qualify you to claim recertification CEUs; only examination questions approved and accepted by CEAG are eligible for recertification CEUs.   You will receive an email notification from the HQ certification staff to either confirm (1) acceptance of your submission and recertification CEUs granted, or (2) rejection of your submission and comments or suggested improvements for future re-submission.

[NOTE: you must allow up to 120 days for your submission to be properly reviewed, accepted or rejected.  If you are seeking quick CEUs for a current or upcoming recertification application, this activity is not suitable].

Tell us who you are

your submission will be automatically rejected if you are not actively certified.
