GENERAL INFORMATION


-Accurate and complete contact information must be provided above to ensure timely notification.

-You may fill out the online version or you may print out a form and bring it with you to the drop-off location or to your gallery.

-All artwork should be framed and ready to hang, with correct hanging apparatus. 

  Note: Artwork-hanging device should not be saw-tooth hangers.

-Art pieces submitted generally should be no larger than 48” x 48” and weigh no more than 50 pounds.

  Note: Larger pieces may be accepted, but you must contact CAP at events@cascadeaids.org if your piece     exceeds this size or weight.

- Insurance is maintained on all art in CAP possession until sold or returned to artist/gallery. 

 

IMPORTANT DATES & DROP OFF INFORMATION


-Gallery Represented Artists

Pieces must be at your gallery by Wednesday, March 1st  

Drop off to your gallery and contact a CAP representative. We pick up from galleries with 5 or more donating artists. 

 

 -Independent and gallery artists may drop off artwork:

Saturday & Sunday, March 4th & 5th at 2010 SE 8th Ave, Portland, OR 97214, between 10:00am - 3:00pm


-Artists will be notified of selection no later than March 25, 2017

 

-Thursday March 30, 2017: 5:30 – 7:30pm, Artist Reception with Live and Curator's Choice Art Preview

 

-Saturday, April 29, 2017: CAP Art Auction at Montgomery Park. For more details go to capartauction.org
