Thank you for your interest in applying to an ETC Youth LEAD Program Summer Course!

The following form should be completed by the youth applicant and a parent or guardian.

Application deadline: April 19th, 2024

Application Process:

Fill out this form completely, including the Participation Packet attachment in section 7.

To complete the Participation Packet attachment, go to section 7 of this form.
Click on the blue "HERE" to download the fillable packet.
Fill out the Participation Packet and save it to your computer with your responses.
Please complete each section of the Participation Packet with as much detail as possible. This is very important for your safety during your expedition!
Upload your completed Participation Packet through the "Choose File" button in section 7 of this form.

You may save and resume your progress on this form at any point by checking the "Save my progress and resume later" box at the top of this page. You will receive an email with steps on resuming your application.

Once your application is received:

We will send you a link via Adobe Sign to complete the signatures on your Participation Packet.
We will reach out to you to schedule a virtual interview (except Summer Search students).

After review of all application components, you will receive an email with the decision on your course participation!

If you are interested in a scholarship, please fill out the scholarship form HERE (versión en español aquí) and send it to ylp@etctrips.org within 10 days after your interview. If you are applying through an organization (Summer Search, YES Nature to Neighborhoods, etc.), scholarships will be arranged separately.

Your course deposit (50% of your course cost) is due two weeks after your acceptance. If you are applying with an organization, payment will be organized through the partner organization/agency.
