Please Note: We only accept returns/exchanges on product purchased from our online store, www.shwoodshop.com. All products must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you. By clicking "Submit" your request will be sent to Shwood's return/exchange department for evaluation. You will be provided with an RMA number and instructions to send your product back for processing.  Once received, you will be notified via the email address given on page one. Our emails can, from time to time, be automatically redirected to your Spam/Junk-mail folder. Please be sure add "info@shwoodshop.com" to your address book to prevent this from happening.
