Visionary Annual Conference 2017 Exhibition 


Thank you for your interest in booking an exhibition stand at this year’s Visionary Annual Conference.

You must complete this form for an exhibition stand, including details of each exhibitor. If you or any of your exhibitors will also be attending as a delegate and wish to book awards dinner, accommodation or workshop places you are required to also complete a standard delegate booking form. 

Exhibition places are limited, so will be offered on a first come first served basis and restricted to one per organisation.

Your exhibition booking includes lunch on Wednesday 1 November 2017 for two exhibitors.

Please note that you will need to bring your own extension cable/s.

Terms and conditions

Your booking request will be reviewed and confirmed by the team after bookings close.

You will be invoiced with payment instructions after bookings close and payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your exhibition stand, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

-If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the conference, you will receive a 50% refund.

-If you cancel 14 days or less prior to the conference, you will not receive a refund.
