IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION: Upon clicking 'Proceed To Signature' below you will be taken to a page where you can review the information you are submitting, and you will also be asked to electronically sign your name either by using your mouse to 'sign' on the line, or by selecting the 'type your name to sign' option box. You must also provide a valid email address. Once you are happy with the information provided and have filled out your ESignature, you can then click the 'Submit Signed Response' button.
Once this is done you will receive an email with a verification link to confirm your signature. Hence the need for a valid email address. This is very important - since if you do not confirm your signature we will not be able to process your application.
You will also receive a link to be sent to your Supervisor for them to counter-sign your application with an ESignature. Please forward the link to them as soon as you are sent it, since we would need them to counter-sign your application within 7 days, to ensure your application can proceed to the next stage. Please check that your supervisor has signed.
