Our first batch is deployed to a public school in June and our second batch is deployed in August. Before the start of the school year, we require all selected candidates to attend our pre-service training called Summer Institute (SI) that also happens twice a year; one in April and another in June. Are you willing to be deployed in one public school anywhere in the Philippines for two years?
We deploy our Teacher Fellows where they are needed. Our Admissions Committee works with our Training & Development, Instructional Coaching, and Government Relations & Placement teams to match our Teacher Fellows with partner local governent units (LGUs). We take into consideration the LGU's education priorities, school needs, and the skills and background of our Teacher Fellows. We announce school assignments before the end of SI and deployment happens immediately after induction to the Fellowship.
