Please note that you do not need to include whole of organisation income and expenses. Only include the budget for the specific project for which you are seeking funding.

Organisations registered for GST should provide their budget in GST-exclusive terms. Organisations not registered for GST should provide their budget in GST-inclusive terms.

In the Budget tab ensure that you include all income and expenditures related to the project.

Income section: List all projected income, including all secured and potential funding. List each individual government and/or philanthropic grant and other sources of income or in-kind contributions separately.

Expenditure section: List all expenses related to the project.

The Narrative tab provides you with the opportunity to share additional information on any income or expenditure. You do not need to provide a narrative for all items only those you think require greater detail.

In the Project Plan tab list all activities you will undertake to deliver the project. This should include planning, delivery and evaluation activities. Ensure you list the position responsible for delivering each activity and the timeframe during which each activity will occur.
