Trip Details

If your group is booked for multiple trips and you don't know which one you're on, choose your school or group's first trip and answer "Not sure" to the question below.
Group Trip Name - Program Season
When adding a group trip to the drop down list you must also enter the variable (GroupTrip) value of GTS or GTF in the Calculations section of the Options menu.
The default program season for any trips without a variable value will be mapped to Salesforce as "Group Trip Program - 2024".

The program season for each trip is calculated based on the variable value of GTS or GTF.

All
participants aboard a SALTS sail training vessel are "Trainees" - teachers, students, chaperones, leaders; everyone is learning and working together to sail the ship!

The age of majority is lower in some provinces and other places, but it is 19 years in British Columbia.

Enter the name and relationship, e.g., "My twin sister Sally Smith" or "Dad, Joe Smith is a chaperone "
Trainee Details

(if different from legal first name above ) E.g., legal first name is "Kristina" but always goes by "Tina". This is the name we will use in our communications and on board.

Birthdate

There are two bunk compartments on board, the "main hold” and the “fo’c’sle”, which are separated by a bulkhead door. Each compartment has a single occupancy washroom called a marine "head" with a toilet and sink. The standard bunking arrangement is females in the fo’c’sle, and males in the main hold, however, some groups adjust their bunking plan to accommodate uneven numbers.

If you haven't already discussed your bunk preference with your teacher or trip organizer, please do so as early as possible.
