Medicaid & SSI at 18: Plan Ahead, Stay Supported

Join us for an informative session on what happens to Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) when a youth turns 18. This transition can impact eligibility, benefits, and the steps families need to take to avoid gaps in coverage and support.

This presentation will be led by Janice Meinert (PHLP) and Kim Stephens (SSA), who will explain key changes at age 18, important timelines, and how to prepare for the transition to adult benefits.

April 15th, 2026, 11:30 a.m.- 1:00p.m.
