Welcome to Teen Health Week!

Sign up here to participate in Teen Health Week activities and earn entries into our raffle. 


Throughout the week, you can complete fun and interactive activities focused on mental health, sexual health, and finding resources in your community.


Each activity you complete earns you raffle entries—the more you participate, the more chances you have to win!
