Members are comprised of organization representatives
that value the conference’s purpose, its audience, and
community outcomes as outlined on the website About webpage.
Together we lean in to accomplish what is needed for a successful
conference for all participants, partners, and our community. Members agree to assist with conference
sessions, speakers, disseminating outreach and marketing materials, and lend
their expertise, wisdom, and time.
The Tools
4 Success Conference is rooted in the synergy of its community. In fact, it has
been the power of the organizations that have come together to produce and
sustain the Pierce County conference since 1999. Centered on being dream-makers
for all who attend each year and the relationships of the planning committee
members.
There is an estimated 10+ one-hour planning committee
meetings prior to the conference beginning 6+ months before the conference
date. Planning Committee members can work with others in their organization and
attend meetings with updates and/or share their efforts via email. Attendance
of all meetings is not required.
