Submission Checklist

Each producer entry can submit up to 3 songs per project that they produced. Please limit the total song uploads to 12 total. In the "Body of Work..." secion, list each project that you were involved in as producer, and choose which selections from the projects you want to upload for consideration. All entries must also be accompanied by one biography and one picture in JPEG or TIFF format. Photos must be at least 900 pixels in size in both directions.

Submission forms must be filled out accurately and thoroughly including the detailed information on the bodies of work to be considered for the award.

Deadlines/Eligibility Period

All entries must ARRIVE at GMA Canada by June 30, 2011. To be eligible for consideration for the Producer of the Year award in 2011, albums and/or songs must have been released between May 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011. Songs must also have impacted the marketplace during this period.

Submission Fees

Payment must accompany every submission. F Credit card payments are accepted online and can be made immediately after successfully submitting your entry form.

GMA Canada Members

Membership is required for any submissions into the Covenant Awards. If you are not a members, please sign up online through the www.gmacanada website.
