I Agree that i am entering into a NON-Exclusive contract. I am aware that the pictures and images and likenesses of myself may be used in public promotions for the company or for myself as an artist, actor or other. Our service does not cost anything, all we "charge" is when WE find work for you, you pay us 20% of whatever the payout is or sometimes less, but never more. This is industry standard for management companies. You are under no contract, and can always find your own work without us taking any fee! We will only take a percentage if we found the work for you. I understand that i am responsible to provide any physical changes and updated pictures and contact infromation. I am not under any contract elesewhere that would legally prevent me from being represented by Exel Management. I am free to cancel my representation at any time for any reason as is Exel Management free to do the same.
