FBLA and PBL State Marketing Plan Competition
DEADLINE: December 15, 2012.  Each State Key Contact may complete this form.  Assign one or more of your state officers as project manager for the Marketing Plan which will need to be uploaded to this entry form.  

GUIDELINES: Create a State Marketing Plan for FBLA or PBL February Frenzy that encourages your local chapters to participate in the program.  This plan is limited to five pages of written content, no more than five appendices, and must include at least two graphics and two photos, a title page, and a table of contents.  Appendices could be but are not limited to items such as posters, PSA announcements, flyers, etc.  In addition, you are encouraged to use social media.

HOW WILL THIS BE JUDGED? The top ten FBLA States and the top five PBL States will be recognized at the 2012 National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California. This will be based on the following:
  • 40% on the State Marketing Plan
  • 60% on how many actual chapters participate and achieve February Frenzy based on the total number of chapters in the state (weighted so that all states, regardless of size, have an equal opportunity to win).  There will be a Top 10 February Frenzy Leaderboard posted to the national Web site so that FBLA and PBL States can watch their progress.  February Frenzy runs from now until February 28, 2013.
OTHER RECOGNITION:  Each state officer attending the NLC of a state that finishes in the Top 10 (FBLA) or Top 5 (PBL) will receive a special recruitment pin and ribbon.
