IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

December Holiday Information

You may begin to plan your orders, pick-ups, and/or deliveries around our upcoming closures.

No deliveries will be made between December 23rd, 2023 and January 2nd, 2023.
We will be open for pick-up only during normal warehouse operating hours from December 27th to December 29th.

Here is a list of days Food Banks Mississauga will be closed in December. Please do not count these days in the 4 business days before your pick up date:

Monday, December 25, 2023 - Christmas Day
Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Boxing Day
Monday, January 1, 2024 - New Year's Day

"Non-network agency" Option has Phased Out

Food Banks Mississauga has phased out the use of ordering as a "Non-network agency". This option is no longer available.

Food Banks Mississauga leads a network of 60+ agency members that provides healthy and appropriate food to neighbours facing food insecurity.

We are not currently adding new agency members to our network, but please contact us at programs@foodbanksmississauga.ca or 905-270-5589 x244 to join the waitlist and to get more information on the process and eligibility requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: All categories are ordered by the BOX. If you have any questions, please contact the Operations Team at operations@foodbanksmississauga.ca.

Orders must be placed with at least 4 business days before your scheduled delivery/pick-up date.

If orders are not received on time, they will not be filled. If an item is not available, it will be noted as N/A on the copy of your order you receive by email before your order is delivered.

If you received an item that does not work for you, please hold on to the item until your next delivery and our drivers can bring them back to us depending on the space in their truck.
