Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies - Recommendation Form

Thank you for serving as a recommender. The person you are recommending is applying to study at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.

The Pardes Institute in Jerusalem immerses our students in the study of classical Jewish texts. Students of diverse backgrounds learn together in a rigorous, challenging and open-minded environment.

This learning experience nurtures a deep and personal connection to Jewish heritage, and offers the tools for future leadership

Pardes students spend at least half their time in the beit midrash (study hall) engaged in havruta (partner) and independent learning. Our classes are seminar-style and our community is intimate. Therefore, we seek candidates with academic self-motivation, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills.
