Please account for all project expenses using the financial report format below. The Expense Description column should describe the item purchased. (Example: Acer Laptop Computer.) The Estimated Expense column should provide the budgeted amount of the item from your grant application. (Example: $1,600.00.) The Actual Expenditure column should list the amount paid for the item. (Example: $1,599.98.). The Grant Fund Expenditure column should list the amount of grant funds used to purchase the item. (Example: $1,000.00.)

- provide photocopies of invoices or receipts for items purchased under the grant please note that if there are funds remaining from a grant, the foundation may either request a refund of unspent funds, or request a proposal to use the unspent funds.
