Moral Conduct Standards
Rationale: In these days where biblical moral commitments are unclear and questioned … even by professing Christians … Artists in Christian Testimony Intl (A.C.T. Intl), as a ministry and missionary expression of the the historical orthodox biblical church, wants to be as clear as possible about its commitment to a biblical moral standard of conduct.
Therefore …
Policy Statement: A.C.T. Intl is committed to a biblically moral work and ministry environment. Moral misconduct will not be tolerated. Appropriate actions will be taken if it is determined that a staff person is engaged in inappropriate acts or behaviors. Appropriate actions may include but are not limited to, removal from leadership position, required demonstration of repentance along with necessary counseling and accountability as determined by the A.C.T. Intl leadership, and potential termination of individual’s relationship with A.C.T. Intl if the individual is not repentant and fully submissive to A.C.T. Intl's restoration process.
Likewise, no Ministry Candidate will be accepted as an A.C.T. Intl Staff member if currently engaging in or has a history of moral misconduct and has not or is not willing to repent of the acts or behaviors. If Candidate is repentant, demonstrates a desire to be restored to ministry leadership status, and is willing to submit to the requirements of the restoration process outlined by A.C.T. Intl, Ministry Staff status will be considered.
