• We actively submit and promote your profile to suitable castings
• Final booking decisions are made by clients based on their needs
• Payment terms, rates, and timelines are clearly outlined in each casting notice (typically 14–30 days after completion; sometimes faster)
• In most cases, clients cover agency or recruitment fees separately — you receive the full stated rate
• In some cases, clients provide an all-inclusive budget; compensation is confirmed before acceptance
• No hidden fees or unexpected deductions will be applied
• Talent is expected to maintain professionalism, reliability, and clear communication — strong performance can lead to additional opportunities
• Images from submissions or events may be used for promotional purposes (removal available upon request in writing)
• MegaFlash Models is not a licensed management agency and does not guarantee bookings
• Talent understands that services are performed by independent clients, and outcomes may vary
• Participation in events and services is voluntary and involves inherent risks
• MegaFlash Models does not control services performed and is not responsible for outcomes or incidents occurring during bookings
