Hair services provided by our clients are for editorial, educational, demonstration, or presentation purposes. MEGAFLASH MODELS, herein referred to as MFM, will mostly schedule models for job opportunities with licensed Hair Professionals. MFM will also have opportunities to provide additional jobs not related to the hair industry. MFM is not a licensed Management Agency! The reason why our services remain complimentary to models is, because we do NOT offer management services to models at this time!
What does this mean?
MFM does NOT manage models with the guarantee of obtaining a job booking.
MFM is not responsible for our clients, and MFM is not responsible for models.
MFM is solely responsible to provide models with accurate casting information, and assure remittance from our clients.
MFM is not responsible for any dissatisfaction caused by hair professionals to any model's hair.
MFM is not liable for injury to the model, or damage to a model's hair.
MFM will not contact clients on your behalf, if clients have injured you, damaged your hair, promised prints, or images, products, parking, per diems or any other extras, not approved, or promised on an MFM casting notice.
Please do not contact us after an event to act as your personal manager and solve client disputes. Any disputes between model, and client or changes of terms differing from a casting notice must be addressed with MFM at the time of the job. New instructions will be given to the model on how to solve the dispute or agree to new terms. MFM will try its best to assist with disputes, but MFM is a casting company that will give you job information, ensure remittance, and market our models as best as possible to our clients.
MFM is allowed to use the model's submission photos, and images of events worked by MFM clients on their website or any MFM networking and social media sites to promote the model until he or she cancels this contract.
MFM will only use the Model's first name and last initial in any advertisements or social media promotion unless otherwise indicated by a model.
MFM will provide payment terms to Models as stated on casting notices. Each casting notice is unique, so please pay attention. Our terms may vary such as: 10 days post show, 30 days post show, the casting notice will state terms between MFM and its models on each casting notice.
For Example: 14 days post show, by MFM;s definition states that as long as a model has submitted their necessary paperwork, payment can be processed (issued to the model by the 14th day post show - please account for additional time with mail if receiving a check). We do have a variety of payment methods.
MFM also can issue payment faster than the terms on a casting notice, but terms and conditions apply and are based on the company's money supply at the time of your request.
Clients must approve invoices or Purchase Orders where applicable prior to MFM issuing payment. MFM does require models in the United States to submit a W9, prior to having payment issued for any job.

As a model you understand that some clients may want to book you for additional jobs from a booking with MegaFlash Models. Professionalism is always important. Therefore, models and/ or clients should and will notify MegaFlash Models of additional bookings.
Clients pay our agency fees. It's possible that for some shows, clients do not pay our agency fees. In that case, models receive a FLAT rate after an agency fee deduction from their pay rate.
No deduction will be taken from the Model's pay rate from our casting notices.
In
the case that MegaFlash Models casts you for a client or new client not found
on our casting notices while on site, all models agree to the
following: models agree to be a representative of MegaFlash Models for the
event. Models should understand that clients pay MegaFlash Models’ agency
fees. For some shows, a client may not expressly state an agency fee and
may give a flat rate. In the case a flat rate is given, MegaFlash Models
will receive an agency fee reduction from the stated flat rate. This includes any Overtime.
It is the model's responsibility to follow proper payment procedure, as stated on our website, or this form, or eAgreement forms, in order to avoid payment delays.
MEGAFLASH MODELS, may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this contract. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore print this page at sign up, and periodically visit this page prior to any job undertaking to review the current Terms of Use.
These Terms are governed by Florida laws. Any action to enforce or interpret them shall be brought and maintained exclusively in the State of Florida. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of said court and waive all objections thereto and waive the right to remove such action to a Federal District Court. Severability and Integration, unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MFM, and its affiliates with respect to this site and the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and MFM with respect to the service. If any part of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
