West USA Realty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the fees associated with the West USA Realty Agent Branded App, covered by this agreement. Such modifications may include but are not limited to, increases in the charges due to changes in the cost of doing business, alterations in the product offerings, or other economic considerations. Should West USA Realty elect to implement any changes in the fees. West USA Realty will provide all users with a written notice 30 days prior to the effective date of the change. During this notice period, agents retain the right to accept the adjusted fees and continue using the service or can cancel. Continued use of the service after the notice period has expired constitutes the agent's acceptance of the new fee structure.
