Add More Centres to Existing Database


This application is used for clients who wish to add additional services to an existing QikKids database. (e.g: You have a database with 2 centres operating on it and you have purchased a 3rd centre to add to this database)

Existing Database Details
To see the support ID of one of the services, log into the QikKids database and view one of the centres. At the top of the screen you will see the Support ID of this service. (An example of this would be in the format of 1234-5).

New Centre Information
QikPay allows you to connect to the payment gateway for direct debiting. Please also contact your payments provider (Debitsuccess) to set up your account at their end.
Select yes if this centre is a centre that has not operated before and will be starting in QikKids with a new CCMS approval ID. Select No if it is an existing centre operating with another software or a different owner using QikKids.
No migration required

You have indicated that the service you are asking us to set up is an existing QikKids Web client. For us to access this QikKids database for the purposes of migration, we require that you print off the following form and have the existing Licensee of the centre sign off providing permission to do this. Without this authority, your order will be unable to be processed.

DisclaimerIf a data migration is required, you will not have access to any data prior to the Settlement Date noted above.
You will be charged the additional license fee starting from either the Requested Access Date or the Settlement Date, whichever occurs first.
You have requested that we migrate information from an existing QikKids Professional/Enterprise database. The day prior to migration we will require you to send us a copy of this database for use to action the migration.

Disclaimer: All required components of Debit Success must be fully completed, and the Debit Success connection must be live for your new centre prior to the migration being finalised. If these conditions are not met, billing cannot be migrated.

Note: If permission has been granted by the original owner to transfer billing details, this must be provided via the completed Authority to Copy form.
