Certification Program Dispute & Complaint Report

The Certification Board is committed to ensuring program efficiency, accuracy and customer service. We want to know how well we are doing.  However, we recognize there may be times when systems will fail, unforeseen issues and problems will arise, or policies and procedures may not have been followed.  This form is designed and reserved for formally reporting those moments to leadership of AACE International's Certification Program for action. Making a report does not mean there is merit to the complaint.  Only after conducting a full investigation of the facts surrounding the complaint will the response of the Certification Board be provided.

This form may by used for AACE International's Certification Program ONLY.  Please do not use this form for any other department, program or personnel complaint.  All fields are required.
