Important Information
31 May Monday - Entries and fees due
By 25 June Friday - Courier deliver due to Ashburton Art Gallery - (132 Wills Street entrance)
26 June Saturday - Delivery from Artists to Ashburton Art Gallery, 327 East Street, between 10am and 2.30pm
5 July Monday - Opening Night
30 July Friday - Exhibition finishes 4pm
30 July Friday -  Unsold artworks to be collected between 4.30pm and 7pm
31 July Saturday - Further collection of unsold works between 10am and 12 noon
 IMPORTANT Please read our Conditions of Entry which are available at (exhibition tab) or our Facebook page to be sure that your artworks are eligible for the Exhibition. Please enter the name, medium and price of all works to be exhibited. Press the "Add another response" button to add more entries. 
Art Entries - maximum of 1 paintings, drawings, or lithography  

Miniature Entries - maximum 3 entries

Applied Art/ Craft Entries - maximum of 3 entries

Photography Entries - maximum of 1 entry

Sculpture Entries- maximum of 1 entry


Our Exhibition is open from the 6th July to 30th July at the Ashburton Art Gallery 10am to 4pm daily. We need to have two volunteers in the gallery at all times to sell catalogues and raffle tickets and to assist gallery staff. If you are able to help the committee with this, please indicate below and put your name on the Volunteer Roster when you drop your artworks off. Any enquiries to Lee Muckle 027 4199788

Delivery and Pick-up

To complete your entry press "submit" below. You will then be invited to check the details of your entry and press "confirm". When you have successfully submitted your entry you will be sent an email that lists all the information on your entry form for your records.
