Creation Station Partner Application

Dear Colorado Non-Profit Organization,

We would like to invite you to apply to participate with the 2024 Cherry Creek Arts Festival Children’s Area, at Creation Station!  If you are selected, you will be able to provide an on-site interactive arts related activity and staffing that promotes and markets your organization for free! 

 

The Cherry Creek Arts Festival which will be held this year July 5th, 6th & 7th, in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood sees 150,000 patrons over the weekend.  At Creation Station there are about 1,200 children and patrons a day that come through to create projects and we are inviting you to apply to be one of our partners.  You will be given a designated area under one of our tents with tables, chairs, signage provided by us, meal vouchers for your volunteers and water. 

You will provide 2-3 volunteers (wearing your organization shirts) and an art activity that promotes your organization. We will feature you in our Festival Guide and, on our website, as well. You will also be able to provide any additional signage and distribute information within your area.

 

Exhibiting Rules:

  • No sales of any kind permitted (drinks, food, novelties)
  • CCAF must pre-approve any materials you are intending to distribute (solicit memberships, education, promotional materials, etc.)
  • Organizations are required to maintain a clean and orderly area throughout the festival weekend including the day of set up and strike, nothing to be left behind or damage to any chairs, tables, and tents. 
  • Upon approval of application non-profit must enter a contract and provide a valid Certificate of Insurance. 
  • All non-profit organizations and their participants must abide by the rules and polices of CCAF.
  • List of volunteer's names/shifts (Shifts: 2 five-hour shifts, 2 volunteers per shift)     
  • You will also be working directly with Arts Festival Volunteers and attendees in making the actual project.
  • Your Creation Station area is required to be open and attended by your team members at all times during the festival (rain or shine) 
  • Set-up each day is open for your organization to come an hour early between 9am-10am before show opens each morning to prepare your space and activity, if you need to store your supplies overnight for multiple days we will have a locked truck that can accommodate your supplies.   
    • July 5th (Friday) 9:00am-7:00pm.
    • July 6th (Saturday) 9:00am-7:00pm.
    • July 7th (Sunday) 9:00am-5:00pm.

If you would like to participate in the 2024 Cherry Creek Arts Festival please submit your application by May 31st, notifications will go out early June, along with more festival details.
