Transportation Assistance

Amount: 30-Day Metrocard

Description: CCF's Transportation Assistance provides three 30-day MetroCard for summer semester for Fellows and Future Fellows.

Criteria: Future Fellows and Fellows must be currently matriculated in a progressive degree seeking or college preparatory program(Certification Meeting requirements do not apply).

To be considered students should:

Complete the "Transportation Assistance" application below.
Attend a Certification Meeting with your Academic Counselor, provide required paperwork and follow through with any referrals
Be in good standing with CCF (if previously enrolled with CCF)by meeting participation requirements during the previous semester, including completion of Certification Meeting and participation in at least two CCF activities including but not limited to:
Community Meeting
Graduation
Workshops
Volunteer for CCF Events (note: opportunities to volunteer are limited and not guaranteed)
Graduating Fellows must attend CCF Graduation.

Students who are not in good standing (i.e. did not complete Certification Meeting or activity requirements) must complete Certification Meeting and two activities before become eligible to apply for the current semester.
