Being a stand-by volunteer means that you are willing to make yourself available at short-notice for emergency fill-in shifts (e.g. if someone is sick and can't make their scheduled shift).

Applicants aged between 12-15 years old as of 7/12/2015 must have this form agreed to by their consenting parent/guardian. Interested volunteers who are not yet 12 years of age are ineligible to apply (sorry, maybe next year).

If you are supervising a volunteer who is under 16 years of age, you confirm that:

What next? After we receive your application, we will review the information you have sent and check that your desired shifts are available.
