not the video itself. You may trouble shoot your computer, or try a different
device, or you can go to Youtube to try to view it.
When you submit this form, we will promptly go to the website and check the video ourselves. If it is working for us, then we will send you an email and let you know that the problem is on your end. We will also provide you with a link to the video on Youtube, so that you can attempt to view it there.
The
videos are a requirement for the training, so if the video works for us, then you should troubleshoot
your computer or use an alternate device to view the videos. To troubleshoot
your computer, first try deleting the cookies on your internet browser and
restarting your computer.
