Regulation/Policy Violation - if you observed potential violations of the law, company/client policies or activities that place your or a co-worker at risk. Employee Grievance - a formal complaint or report by an employee alleging the occurrence of unlawful harassment or other forms of unlawful discrimination, or retaliation, prohibited by company policy. All complaints must be reduced to writing to initiate an investigation.
