Thank you for your interest in membership with the National Alliance for Musical Theatre.
Please complete this application form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. This application is designed to be a one-size-fits-all form to encompass our diverse membership, as well as to gather information for our various online directories for after your membership is activated. As such, some fields may not apply to you, and many are encouraged but not required. Estimates and approximations are fine!

Once you become a member, some of this information will also appear in our online membership directory (password-protected and available only to other members).

Shortly after your application is received, a membership committee member may contact you for further information.  The committee and the board of directors will then review your application. If you have any questions, please contact Membership Director Adam Grosswirth at adam@namt.org or (212) 714-6668 x15.
