West USA Realty, serving the valley for 30 years. West USA Realty is celebrating its 30 years in business in the real estate industry. In order to honor our company we wanted to do something special. Many agents have approached us in the past to put together a shared advertising program.The vision is to include 60 agents monthly in a special shared advertising program across several media platforms. These media platforms include Radio Commercials, Pay Per Click ads, Re-targeting ads, Facebook ads, and Billboards across the valley. The cost per month in this shared advertising program will be approximately $300 per agent. West USA Realty approached several advertising companies to find the best partner. After extensive interviewing and project creation, we are proud to announce Colling Media as our exception partner. Colling Media and West USA Realty have put together a comprehensive advertising package exclusively for West USA Realty agents. 





How does it work?

This shared advertising program works by allowing 60 agents buying into a shared advertising program with West USA Realty.


How will the leads be routed?

All advertising will use a specific phone number and website domain that will be exclusive to this program. This program will have its own website www.westusa30.com. Any lead inquires online will be routed into a CRM-contact relationship management system. Each agent will choose an area (zipcodes) in which they desire leads from. Based on area, leads will be distributed to agents in a round robin rotation. Each agent on this program will have access to a personal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to receive leads.  If a lead calls the designated phone number a private call center speaks to the lead and forwards the call in a round robin rotation to the corresponding area.


What does this program include?

CRM system, Private call center service, shared advertising on daily PPC (Pay Per Click), Display Ads, Re-targeting, daily Facebook Ads, Radio Ads, and Billboard Ads. Complete reporting on all advertising across multiple media channels.

What is PPC (Pay Per Click)?

Search Engine Marketing (PPC/Pay Per Click) uses long tail keywords to optimize placement location in search engines. Ex. Luxury Homes for sale in Scottsdale AZ

The PPC will be managed daily to ensure the most productive traffic results. A/B testing on both AD words and AD text will be analyzed for highest advertising ROI (return on investment).


What is Display?

Display is advertising on third party sites based on audience demographics. This technology targets prospects based on demographics and behavior factors based on search patterns. These ads will target specific sites and/or categories to the specific URL sites your prospects visit.


What is Re-targeting?

Re-targeting is a marketing technique used to follow prospects to external sites while still showcasing your advertisement. Site re-targeting can display your AD on up to 98% of internet sites. West USA Realty predicts to target customers who have shown interest in buying or selling a home recently. Specific algorithm is used to ensure the appropriate action and frequency is displayed.


What is Facebook Advertising?

This shared advertising program will include Facebook Ad campaigns. Each campaign will have various ads running in news-feeds (including video) and sidebar ads targeting specific demographics. Throughout the campaign, West USA Realty will run several different ads with variations of text and graphics highlighting call to actions. Complete analytic will be running behind the scenes to ensure desired demographics will be reached.

 

About Radio Ads:

West USA Realty will run several (70-75) 15 second radio spots to be distributed during peak drive-time hours over multiple radio stations valley wide.  Call-to-actions will be included in all production spots.


Outdoor Billboards:

Strategically placed branded West USA Realty billboards will be displayed valley wide. These digital billboards will include clear and simple call-to-actions to allow customers easy identification as West USA Realty’s agents in serving the valley for 30 years in real estate. 


Reporting:

This program includes extensive analytic reporting for each advertisement on each media channel. This analytic reporting will ensure highest quality of conversion of leads. Campaigns will be monitored 24/7 on an analytic dashboard provided by Colling Media.


CRM (Customer Relationship Management):

Each participant will have access to a personalized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This CRM system will hold all of your lead contact information. This will help with conversion as extensive follow up procedures are built-in.

 

Private Call Center:

A private call center will be handling distribution of all advertising calls. These calls will be processed in a “round robin” fashion.

 

Advisory Panel: This shared advertising program will also have a professional advisory committee/panel overseeing the development of this project. To become an advisory committee member please mention your interest in comments box.
